Greta Thunberg

Greta Thunberg

Swedish-born climate activist Greta Thunberg rose to fame in 2018 for her school climate strikes, demanding stronger environmental policies. Since then, she has sadly transformed her activism into a platform for vile Jew-hatred. Since the brutal 10/7 massacre, Greta has joined the ranks of keffiyeh-clad protesters, brazenly voicing her disdain for the Jewish state. What began as a fight to protect the planet has devolved into a campaign of hatred against Jews.

In a now-deleted Instagram post from October 2023, mere weeks after the 10/7 massacre, Greta posted a photo along with other “activists” proclaiming their support for Gaza. Her caption called for an immediate ceasefire, “justice and freedom for all Palestinians affected,” and links to help support Gaza. There was no mention of the 1200 lives lost in Israel, the women, babies, and innocent civilians taken into Hamas captivity, or the brutal sexual assaults perpetrated by Hamas & the citizens of Gaza. Additionally, Greta posed with a toy octopus, an anti-Jewish symbol of ‘control’ that was used primarily by the Nazis during WWII. Greta attempted to defend the symbol, claiming it is a symbol used by people with autism to communicate their feelings. It is hard to dismiss the use of the octopus in a photo supporting Gaza and protesting Israel.

Greta Thunberg’s Instagram Post from October 2023

As a result, Israeli environmentalists penned a letter to Thunberg expressing their disappointment of her ill-informed decision to support terrorism. Additionally, the Israeli Education Ministry said they would remove any mention of Greta from their schools’ curriculum.

In December of 2023, Greta published an op-ed titled “We won’t stop speaking out about Gaza’s suffering – there is no climate justice without human rights.” Unfortunately, her definition of human rights extends to everyone except the Jewish people. The piece came shortly after Greta was filmed chanting “crush Zionism” at a protest in Sweden.

In the piece, she cites death tolls from the Hamas-run Ministry of Health, lambasts Israel for bombing hospitals, schools, and refugees camps, and perpetuates the false narrative that Israel is preventing food, water, and medicine into the “occupied” land of Gaza. Furthermore, she accuses Israel of bombing “safe zones” yet doesn’t mention that those same zones were Hamas-occupied.

Greta Thunberg protesting Israel’s participation in Eurovision 2024

In May of this year, Greta joined an angry mob protesting the participation of Israel’s Eden Golan at the annual Eurovision contest, this year in Malmo, Sweden. Greta, wrapped in her keffiyeh, was seen participating in the genocidal slogans, “From the river to the sea” and “Sinwar, we won’t let you die.”

These angry mobs violently harassed Eden Golan to the point where she couldn’t leave her hotel room without over a hundred armed guards and had to disguise herself for safety. Despite the threats, 20-year-old Golan displayed remarkable grace and maturity throughout the competition, enduring thousands of angry protesters and antisemitic gestures from fellow contestants. Greta’s antisemitic & inhumane actions ultimately led to her arrest by Swedish police.

Greta Thunberg arrested in Copenhagen

Earlier this month, Greta was among six people arrested protesting a Danish university’s ties to Israel. Greta joined the group “Students Against the Occupation” in their demands of Copenhagen University to end all its partnerships with Israel, including a program in which Israeli students come to study in Denmark. Critics of Greta argued her protest was ironic considering one of the collaborations between the Danish and Israeli students is focusing on solving climate change.

Her activism stands performative, especially regarding the current situations unfolding in the Israel-Hamas war. Greta stood silent when Hamas set towns & automobiles on fire while slaughtering hundreds of innocent Israelis on October 7, 2023. She remained silent when Hezbollah rockets ignited thousands of hectares of land between northern Israel and Lebanon. She turned a blind eye when Hamas destroyed water sources to create rockets.

It sadly appears Greta’s love for the environment is taking a back seat to her hatred of the world’s only Jewish nation.
