Bryce Mitchell

Bryce Mitchell is a 30-year-old MMA fighter who is currently competing in the Featherweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Born and raised in Arkansas, Mitchell gained national visibility in 2022 as a guest on Tucker Carlson’s show, where he accused U.S. politicians of “treason”.

Once known for his fear-mongering conspiracy theories – insisting the Earth is flat, claiming NASA is deceptive, and dismissing mass shootings as government “false flags” – Mitchell has now descended into outright antisemitism. With a growing online following, he has increasingly used his platform to promote hate, spread antisemitic rhetoric, and normalize dangerous conspiracies about Jews. Far from just an eccentric fighter, Bryce Mitchell has become a dangerous voice of bigotry and a stain on the UFC.

In May of 2024, Bryce Mitchell appeared on the “Twins Pod,” a podcast hosted by the Hodge Twins, who frequently use antisemitic rhetoric and were previous Antisemites of the Week. During the episode, Mitchell launched into a disturbing tirade against Jewish commentator Ben Shapiro, threatening physical violence, stating “I promise you, if you lay one little greasy finger on Candace Owens, Imma beat your ass. He wants us to go die and bomb Muslim kids for his Jewish people.”

In response to Mitchell’s rant, UFC President and CEO Dana White condemned the remarks saying, “I have heard dumb, ignorant sh*t in my day. This one is probably the worst.” However, White stopped short of removing Mitchell from the UFC roster, citing it was “free speech”. Bryce Mitchell’s rhetoric not only revives the age-old antisemitic trope of Jews controlling governments and sending others to fight wars, but also personalizes the hate by threatening violence against a Jewish public figure. Bryce Mitchell’s words are a direct example of how antisemitic conspiracies can swiftly escalate into real and dangerous threats.

Only months later, in January of 2025, Mitchell took his rhetoric to new and shocking depths. On his freshly launched podcast, he defended Adolf Hitler, openly praising the Nazi dictator – “Hitler was a good guy. He fought for his country. He wanted to purify it by kicking the greedy Jews out that were destroying his country and turning them all into gays.”

By attempting to recast Hitler’s genocidal campaign as “patriotic,” Mitchell engaged in outright Holocaust distortion. His comments not only excuse the systematic murder of six million Jews, but also recycle hateful lies that continue to fuel modern antisemitism.

Mitchell went even further, denying the Holocaust outright – “These Jews were controlling his country…there’s no possible way they (Nazis) could have burned and cremated 6 million bodies, you’re going to realize the Holocaust ain’t real.”

Most recently, Bryce Mitchell shared an Instagram video doubling down on conspiracy theories – this time accusing Israel of orchestrating the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In his video, Mitchell stated – “9/11 was an inside job… done by Israel.”

He went on to call Israel “the Synagogue of Satan” that “hates Jesus,” while suggesting the Jewish state may have even been involved in the death of Charlie Kirk.

These statements are not only historically false but deeply dangerous, feeding into antisemitic conspiracy theories that have circulated for decades. By spreading these claims to his large audience, Bryce Mitchell normalizes the demonization of Jews as global puppet-masters and perpetuates narratives that have long incited violence against Jewish communities.

Bryce Mitchell’s escalating antisemitic rhetoric, culminating in Holocaust denial and praise of Adolf Hitler, demonstrates the grave danger of leaving hate unchecked. By keeping Bryce Mitchell on its roster, UFC is signaling to the world that antisemitism and hate speech are acceptable. Language is not enough. Real action is required and warranted.

At a time when antisemitic incidents are surging, why is someone like Mitchell allowed to represent UFC? StopAntisemitism calls on UFC President and CEO Dana White to suspend Bryce Mitchell.
